The PhD in Diversity Management and Governance

The PhD in Diversity Management and Governance was a joint doctoral programme linked to the network. Its seminar cycles, held in Faenza, were organised around three themes: gender, ethnicity and generations, with guest lecturers and the PhD board acting as discussants. Doctoral candidates also took part in mobility periods at partner universities.

Seminars included meetings with practitioners, such as Emilia-Romagna's regional councillor for equal opportunities.
